This place is a hidden gem! The location is fantastic, just across from the train station, making it super convenient for travelers. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, with excellent service and a friendly attitude. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, an in-room safe, and a refrigerator. I also loved the free toiletries provided and the convenience of having a dryer in the room. The dining options are great, with a bar/lounge area and a delicious breakfast buffet. The Wi-Fi connection is strong, and the 24-hour reception is very convenient.

Liked the modern design and spaciousness of our room, which had an excellent shower and super comfortable bed. Best aspects were the variety of food for breakfast with an option of local and international dishes, and the friendly service from obliging staff. The location was also a major plus, as it was walking distance to the train station and ferry terminal to Fort Cochin. We also enjoyed having a drink at the rooftop bar with amazing views.

Disliked that some of the choices on the drinks menu were unavailable, which was a bit disappointing. Worst aspect was that we had trouble getting connected with the room service as they wouldn't answer our calls.

Spent my new year’s eve in a hotel in India and had a great experience. The pool on the rooftop gave me a vacation feeling. The staff were professional and friendly, and the facilities including the wellness area were phenomenal. The breakfast in the restaurant on the first floor was delicious, and I couldn't get enough of the Indian and Western food options. the hotel's location was perfect as it was right next to the train and metro station and had easy access to the ferry for Fort Kochi.

Sometimes I faced problems in getting connected to room service as they didn't pick up my calls. , the pillows in the room were quite large, and I found them a bit uncomfortable.
